Core competencies

What we deliver on contract.

The same four capabilities we deliver commercially, documented to a standard a contracting officer can audit.

01

Mobile Gulfstream maintenance

Calendar and hourly inspections, light scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and AD compliance on GIV through G800 — performed at the aircraft’s location. No ferry.

02

AoG response

24/7 hotline, remote defect isolation, mobile return-to-service for grounded Gulfstream aircraft.

03

Records audits & technical representation

Forensic logbook and AD-status audits, pre-purchase and delivery-acceptance oversight, owner’s or agency technical representation.

04

Site surveys & condition reports

Aircraft, facility and program readiness assessments with written, prioritised findings.

Differentiators

The person who bids the work is the person who performs it.
  1. 01

    Owner-performed

Work is performed by the founder — FAA A&P, 25 years in aviation maintenance, 20 on Gulfstream — not routed to junior labour.

  2. 02

    Mobile-first

We deploy to the aircraft. No ferry cost, no repositioning risk, no lost days.

  3. 03

    Veteran-owned

USMC veteran ownership; VOSB. Military maintenance discipline is where the records habit came from.

  4. 04

    Audit-ready records

Every event captured in IronFleet aviOS against the tail number — provenance-first documentation a program office can verify.

We are certified as a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). We do not represent ourselves as service-disabled.

Can you work on government-owned or contractor-operated Gulfstream aircraft?

Yes, within the scope of the founder’s A&P and the applicable maintenance program. Heavy or specialised work is coordinated with an appropriately rated facility and overseen by us.

Where can you deploy?

We are mobile from Savannah, GA. Continental U.S. deployments are planned per task order; travel is itemised.

How do I get the capability statement?
