Home/Services/Aircraft Management

One A&P, accountable for the aircraft.

Full-time technical ownership of your Gulfstream without a full-time department. One person who knows the airplane plans the work, holds the records, manages the vendors and answers the phone at 2am.

Owner-operators

One aircraft, one trusted point of contact

Part 91, single tail. You want the airplane looked after the way you would if you had the time and the certificate.

Flight departments & family offices

Two to six aircraft, a department of one or two

Technician shortage, inconsistent records, projects that run over. We become the maintenance bench you cannot hire.

Management companies & Part 135

A Gulfstream specialist inside your operation

Fleet arrangements scoped per aircraft; your paperwork, our wrenches and records discipline.

Tier 01 · Managed aircraft

What you hand us. What you get back.

Management is a standing relationship under an annual retainer, scaled by aircraft type. Managed aircraft get the managed labor rate and go to the front of the AoG line.

01

Maintenance program & planning

Calendar and hourly inspections, light scheduled maintenance, life-limited parts and ADs — forecast, planned and reconciled against the aircraft as it flies. The due list stays ahead of you, not behind you.

For every managed aircraft from day one.

What it covers

  • Due-list reconciliation calendar, hourly and cycle items verified against the records, not the last report
  • Forecasting what is due, when, what it will cost and how long the aircraft is down
  • Parts planning long-lead and rotable items ordered against the plan
  • Scheduling inputs planned around your flying, not the facility’s backlog

02

Records & compliance

Logbooks, ADs, 8130s and return-to-service entries held audit-ready and searchable. The record is built for the next owner from the first day — so the pre-buy, the insurer and the auditor all see the same history you do.

For owners who understand that records are resale value.

What it covers

  • Logbook discipline every event entered once, correctly, with the supporting paperwork attached
  • AD compliance tracked, performed and recorded against the aircraft
  • Parts provenance traceability on every part installed, documented before it goes on
  • Authorised access a buyer, a DOM or an insurer reads the history without calling us

First call, first right

We hold first right of refusal on the aircraft’s maintenance. We plan and perform the work; when a task is outside our scope we source it, negotiate it and stand over it until it is signed off to our standard.

For owners tired of chasing three vendors for one answer.

What it covers

  • In-house first calendar, hourly and light scheduled work performed by us at your base
  • Sourced & supervised heavy checks, engine and specialised work placed with the right shop and overseen on site
  • Quote review every outside quote read line by line before you approve it

Priority AoG, any hour

Managed aircraft go to the front of the line. One number, answered by the technician who knows the airplane. Triage on the phone, parts in motion, mobilisation decided in minutes — at the managed AoG rate.

For the night the aircraft is on the ground somewhere it should not be.

What it covers

  • Direct line (912) 595-7795 — the person on the phone is the person who comes
  • Remote triage direction before parts ship; often the fix is a phone call
  • Mobilisation on-site response, travel itemised

  • Documents work orders, 8130s, return-to-service entries as they are signed

The standard

A managed aircraft should never surprise its owner.

Not with a due item that appeared from nowhere, not with a quote that doubled, not with a records gap discovered at the pre-buy. Management is the discipline of knowing before you need to.

We are founder-operated and will stay that way for the aircraft we manage: the A&P who scoped your program is the one on the phone, under the panel and signing the logbook.

How it runs

From first call to steady state.

01

Introduction

Aircraft, operation, what has been frustrating you. Thirty minutes, no slides.

02

Baseline

We read the records and look at the aircraft before we quote anything. You get the findings whether or not you proceed.

03

Program stood up

Due list reconciled, forecast built, records migrated into aviOS, access provisioned, AoG line live.

04

Steady state

Planned inputs, outside work overseen, records current, one accountable call — reviewed with you as the aircraft flies.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Anything not covered, call the hotline or send the form.

What does management cost?

An annual retainer scaled by aircraft type, with all labor we perform at the managed rate. It is quoted per aircraft after the records baseline — we do not price an aircraft we have not read.

Can you take over mid-program?

Yes. Most managed aircraft arrive mid-cycle. The baseline reconciles the due list against the records and we take it from there; nothing restarts.

Where is the work done?

At your home base, by us, for anything within our scope. Heavy and specialised work is placed with the right facility and overseen on site. We are mobile and based at Savannah (KSAV).

What if the aircraft is not in the Southeast?

We travel. Routine inputs are planned around it; AoG is mobilised from wherever we are. Travel is itemised, never buried in labor.

Who holds the records?

You do. They live on the OnChain Aviation tenant of IronFleet aviOS under your ownership; we maintain them. If the relationship ends, the record goes with the aircraft, complete.

Do you manage non-Gulfstream aircraft?

No. GIV through G800, including the G280 family. Mixed fleets are scoped per Gulfstream tail.
