What we collect, and what we don't.
What this site collects
onchain.aero is a static website. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The only data stored in your browser is your theme preference (dark or light), kept locally and never transmitted.
The service-request form
When you submit the form we receive the fields you enter — name, email, aircraft tail number if given, the service you selected and your message. Submissions are relayed by email to mike@onchain.aero through a form-delivery service (FormSubmit), which processes the message in transit and does not retain it as a customer record. We use what you send to respond to your request and for no other purpose.
Phone and email
If you call the AoG hotline or email us, we keep the correspondence needed to perform the work you ask for — including, for maintenance customers, the records we are required to keep under FAA regulations.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with parties needed to perform the work you request (for example a parts vendor or an inspecting facility), with IronFleet aviOS when you are an operator-access user, or when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
- Form and email enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months.
- Aircraft maintenance records are retained as required by 14 CFR and your agreement with us.
- To see, correct or delete information you have sent us, email mike@onchain.aero.
